CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notice should be given as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice* will forfeit the placement fee, as the agency has done the job you requested.
When more than 24 hours notice* is received, 50% of the placement fee is forfeited and 50% of the placement fee is issued as a credit. There is a minimum cancellation fee of $25, and cancellation fees will not exceed $100.
*Notice must be called into our office between 9 and 3 pm. To cancel a temp for a Sunday job, we must be notified by 3 pm on Friday.
Additionally, the client agrees to compensate the temp for time reserved with payment of 20% of the potential earnings for positions up to one month, and 10% for temp positions over one month, with a minimum payment of $25 and a maximum payment of $400 regardless of the amount of notice given, as caregiver has reserved this time for you.
The client on behalf of itself and all successors and assigns, agrees to forever indemnify release and hold harmless American Domestic Agency, Inc, it's directors, agents, employees and officers for any and all claims action and causes of action what so ever arising out of or in anyway connected with the performance of or services provided by the temp
Should a client employ any ADA referred applicant without the assistance of ADA within a period of three years of the date of this agreement, the applicant status will change to permanent, and all permanent referral fees will be due. In the event that the client refers any candidate introduced to client by ADA to a third party who hires the services of the nanny within two years of this agreement, the client shall be obligated to pay ADA the current referral fees.
