General Information:
NANNY is a caregiver who provides care on a regular basis. Nannies are experienced, professionals whose job is to nurture and educate the children in her care. The average nanny we place is 25 years old, however our candidates range in age from 18-65 years old. All of our live out candidates drive and own a car. Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma, although many have attended or completed college. All nannies we refer to families are able to commit to a minimum employment term of one year, although many nannies stay with families for several years.
While most nannies stay with their families for several years, on occasion a nanny is unable to honor her comitment, or a relationship may not work out. Therefore, our agency offers a replacement guarantee.
Agency Fees:
There is a one time, non-refundable registration fee of $200. ($600 for secondary areas)
Placement fee:
10% of the gross annual salary for live-outs. Minimum $2500.
12% of the gross annual salary for live-ins. Minimum $2700.
Nannies become the employee of the family and are typically paid by the family at the end of each week.
Should a replacement be required within the first 9 months, there is never a replacement fee. We stand behind our placements 100%. Some agencies charge up to another placement fee, others only offer a 1-2 month replacement term.
Clients requiring up to two days per week can opt to "pay-as-you-go" at a daily rate of $30. This program requires a minimum commitment of three months) or you may opt for the pay schedule above.
We offer a $200 discount on the one year guarantee to military families when mom or dad is deployed.
Nannies earn $10-25/hr. based on previous experience, work history and benefits offered. We strongly suggest all families offer a minimum of: 2 weeks paid vacation and 6 major holidays paid, if on a regularly scheduled work day. Some families offer a few sick/personal days, full or partial health insurance, access to a gym and/or tuition assistance. All families are encouraged to offer an annual evaluation and raise. Families adding a child should plan a salary increase of 15-25%.
