General Information:
A housekeeper hired through ADA works on the tasks that you need accomplished. Will your cleaning service do the Ironing/laundry, table setting and walk the dog? Will they clean interior windows, pick up groceries and run other errands?
ADA places housekeepers who are able to work from 4-50 hours per week. We do not send a "team". We will send you portfolios of applicants who match the criteria you will share with us in your application. You select the applicant who best meets your requirements. This will be your regular housekeeper. No more employee turn over, handing out house keys, and more importantly, the tasks you least like to perform can be handed over to your housekeeper. Finally, housekeeping done your way!
Agency Fees/Guarantees
There is a one time registration fee of $200.
Placement Fees:
10% of the gross annual salary for live-outs. Minimum $2500
12% of the gross annual salary for live-ins. Minimum of $2700.
Should a replacement be required, there is a never a replacement fee required. We stand behind our placements 100%. Some agencies charge up to another placement fee if a replacement is required. Others only offer a 1-2 month replacement term.
Clients requiring up to 2 days per week can opt to "pay-as-you-go" at a daily rate of $30 or use the pay schedule above. For this program, the registration fee is $50. Click here for lower cost options.
When we accept a client from a secondary area, the registration fee is $600.
Housekeepers earn $15-$20/hr. based on previous experience, work history, the extensiveness of the position and benefits offered. All clients are encouraged to offer an annual evaluation and raise.
