General Information:
A personal assistant and concierge perform the same type of duties. The PA is however a regularly scheduled full or part time employee. The concierge service is used on an as needed basis when four or more hours of service is requested.
Suggested Tasks:
Grocery shopping, putting groceries away, setting dinner table
Gift shopping and wrapping.
Picking you, or guests up from the airport
Walking the dog
Taking pets to the vet or groomer
Bringing cars in for servicing
Water plants
Moving assistance
Accepting deliveries, supervising workers/service suppliers
Errand running, picking up dry cleaning, etc.
Personal Assistant:
Agency Fees/Guarantees:
There is a one time registration fee of $200.
Placement Fees:
12% of the first years gross salary. Minimum 2700.
When we accept a client from a secondary area, the registration fee is $600.
Should a replacement be required during the first 9 months, there is never a replacement fee. We stand behind our placements 100%. Some agencies charge up to another placement fee if a replacement is required. Others only offer a 1-2 month replacement term.
Concierge
Agency Fees:
There is no registration fee. The hourly fee for concierge service is $25./hour or $30 when less than 24 hours notice is received. Your concierge will track mileage and bill you at .35/mile at the end of the assignment, when using her vehicle.
To reserve a concierge, please complete the Request for Concierge, then print and sign the Temp Agreement. We will phone you once we receive your registration form to have you answer any questions we have concerning your position.
